Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

As a cost engineer on our team, you will assist in preparing budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience
- Commercial construction
- Precon software, one or more: MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM
360, etc.
