Construction Estimator

Base Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under a CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs for project proposals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop cost‑saving strategies and assess project risks.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of construction estimating or pre‑construction experience.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with pre‑construction software such as MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM
  360, or similar tools.
