Position Summary

This role is part of the Fulfillment team within the Customer Experience Product Organization, focusing on industry‑leading pharmacy customer experience, refining CX for restricted assortment, and perfecting the in‑home customer experience. End‑to‑end customer experiences accelerate access to all assortment, optimize inventory, enhance fulfillment speeds, boost conversion rates, and reduce cancellations to ultimately improve the overall customer experience.
- Define, develop, and enhance products—manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
- Test and learn—define AB tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX.
- Identify strategies and a vision for fulfillment and customer location products using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy‑in from executive leadership.
- Provide overall direction for products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap: set ambitious growth goals, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Deeply understand customers: conduct user research, analyze data, and uncover insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Optimize the funnel: refine acquisition strategies, streamline customer flows, and personalize user journeys for maximum conversion and retention.
- Champion innovation: experiment with new features, optimize product offerings, and explore strategic partnerships to expand reach and value.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other teams to deliver impactful results.
- Measure and evangelize success: track key metrics, communicate progress, and build enthusiasm for the program's achievements.
- 5–8 years of product management experience in relevant spaces, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
- Preferred qualification:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area. - Location:
