Job Description:
- We are seeking a Workplace Operations & Governance Program Manager to support operational processes, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional coordination during a maternity leave period. This role ensures the smooth execution of team programs, adherence to internal governance standards, and timely delivery of key planning, reporting, and budget activities.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager who excels in stakeholder management, thrives in evolving environments, and is comfortable working across a wide range of responsibilities—both strategic and tactical.
- Drive operational efficiency across workplace and real estate programs within the Technical Solutions team.
- Support project launch processes for technical solutions (software/hardware) by ensuring readiness, alignment, and documentation.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and annual planning deliverables to ensure smooth execution across multiple work streams.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to maintain situational awareness and connect relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks, including the Tech Gov lifecycle, to ensure programs advance through required stages.
- Help refine and co‑create operational processes within the team’s early‑stage organizational environment.
- Reinforce consistency and quality across program documentation and execution.
- Manage quarterly OKR processes, including drafting, tracking, and scoring team objectives.
- Oversee budget compliance by validating spend against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Partner with Finance to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and other planning‑related budget tasks.
- Monitor compliance with existing budget and OKR processes—no financial background required.
- 5-8+ years of program management experience, ideally in operations, governance, or workplace programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to introduce or refine governance processes in developing teams.
- Proven success driving programs in dynamic, evolving, or ambiguous environments.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
