Primary Function of Position This role drives strategic product management for medical device portfolios, leading cross-functional teams and major business initiatives to deliver innovative and compliant products.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company and market needs.
• Oversee new product development, commercial launch, and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional teams for complex project execution (technical, regulatory, business).
• Ensure department adherence to global regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR, ISO).
• Forecast and manage portfolio budgets, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop managers and team members in product management best practices.
• Represent product management in executive forums and strategic initiatives.
• Lead major complaint investigations, recalls, or field actions as needed.
• Champion continuous improvement and process harmonization.
• Analyze and respond to market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.

• Minimum 10 years experience in product management with a bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Expert knowledge of global medical device regulations
• Strategic portfolio planning and execution abilities
• Budget and resource management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and cross-functional leadership
• Experience managing complex projects and large teams
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and communication skills
