gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision‑making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW) experience.

As a Product Area Business Partner, you will play a critical role in successfully delivering extended workforce models across Alphabet. You will help product areas, bets, and functions mature their extended workforce strategy and support the execution of key initiatives. You act as an advocate for xWS in a challenging space that must balance immense, ever‑changing legal requirements with complex operational excellence.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $168,000–$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities- Act as a strategic thought partner to deliver collaborative initiatives to meet business objectives that are mutually beneficial.
- Partner with product area extended workforce management in planning and execution of their unique resourcing model to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Own strategic recommendations and drive roadmaps across multiple work streams.
- Garner data insights to inform decision‑making.
- Represent xWS broadly and discover opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and solutions.
