- Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery of consumer electronics products at contract manufacturing site in Asia.
- Manage products and processes after the initial launch (New Product Introduction or NPI), ensuring ongoing production and quality.
- Work closely with various teams such as hardware development, legal, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, and sustaining teams to address issues and drive improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the sustaining phase, ensuring products and processes continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Domestic and international travel up to 10% may be required.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience.
- Experience must include: 3 years of experience in program/product management; 3 years of experience coordinating or managing cross‑functional technical teams for technology integration processes to develop and implement technical products; 3 years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications including user experience designs, and executing data‑driven cost/benefit analysis.

Compensation and Benefits40 hours per week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary Range: $179,421–$231,300 per year. Additional compensation may include a sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units. Benefits include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on market location as per Sunnyvale, CA Equal Pay Act.
