• Perform precision cleaning of ASICs and microscopic wafers using specialized tools, including a 30x stereo microscope and Leica A60.
• Clean and inspect small wafers under magnification to ensure they are free from contaminants or physical defects.
• Inspect and analyze PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for defects or contamination that may impact performance.
• Work in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to contamination control and safety standards.
• Handle sensitive wafers with extreme care to prevent physical damage or contamination.
• Accurately document cleaning activities, findings, and issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and maintain product integrity.
• Stay current with the latest cleaning techniques, tools, and industry best practices.

• 3+ years of experience as an ASIC Cleaning Technician or similar role in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using a 30x stereo microscope, Leica A60, and other relevant tools.
• Comfortable working for extended periods under a microscope for detailed wafer cleaning and inspection.
• Experience working in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment.
• Strong understanding of electronics, ASICs, and PCB handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
