Overview
The Companion Product & Services Team is seeking an experienced, curious, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant that displays a great deal of attention to detail to support three Directors. The candidate must have solid organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure.
The ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements for the leadership team is essential. High integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling executives inside and outside the company is critical. The successful candidate will complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without needing the whole picture.
The role requires the ability to work well in a team environment and build strong working relationships inside and outside the group. As you begin to meet people and establish your network, foster strong relationships of trust and cooperation and build a good map of how the various teams and leaders fit together.
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support the Directors and their teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Anticipate needs and identify areas for improvement
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior level management
- Manage domestic and international travel and process expense reports; handle VISA requirements
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Assist the Executive Assistant team(s) to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
- Collaborate with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support across the organization
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items, including meeting notes and action items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of executive assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
