Perform daily cleaning routines and assist with frequent maintenance tasks and repairs to help keep building/facility grounds clean, safe and professional.
- Provide and coordinate maintenance services and repairs as needed by departments, team leaders, staff and residents.
- Follow a daily schedule that includes a safety revision of smoke and fire alarms, and inspection of emergency equipment to ensure things are operable and in compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
- Able to perform daily maintenance goals and provide urgent repairs to ensure the facility runs smoothly and successfully.
- Provide vital transportation services to residents in need of medical appointments, community-based programs, or other critical outreach facilities for the elders.
