Forklift Driver

Position: Forklift Driver (Permanent)
The Company:

MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position which will become permanent after a successful probation period

MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.

The Role:

* Operating counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading goods

* Moving stock within the warehouse and production areas

* Supporting general warehouse duties when required

* Adhering to all health & safety and food hygiene standards

* Involved in manual handling, transporting products within the warehouse these products can weigh up to 20kg

* Checking items are undamaged prior to organising items to be dispatched

* Packing items into boxes, labelling and placing in designated area for disposal

The Person :

* Previous experience operating a forklift truck is essential

* FLT licence (in-date, expired, or in-house licences will be considered)

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/food environment

* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

* Willing to assist with general warehouse tasks as required

Hours:

* 07:00am – 15:00pm

* 15:00pm – 23:00pm

* 23:00pm – 07:00am

Must be flexible for all three shift patterns

The Pay:

* Day

Shift: £12.21 per hour

* Back

Shift: £13.10 per hour

* Night Shift £13.65 per hour
