As a Software Engineer you'll build captivating full‑stack web applications across all backend services and REST APIs that form the core platform (e.g. payments). You'll focus on backend development using C# .Net Core within an AWS cloud environment with Docker, Terraform (IaC), Team City, SQL and Redis; you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technology, with occasional front‑end work and will be able to input into technical discussions within a collaborative Agile team.

Hybrid work‑from‑home policy: 2–3 days a week in the office. When you’re in the office you’ll collaborate with fellow technologists in a relaxed environment in custom‑built offices in Sunderland, with a range of facilities and perks including free meals at the onsite restaurant and membership at the onsite gym.

• Strong backend development experience with C# .Net
• Good knowledge of AWS (or other cloud services such as Azure or GCP)
• Experience building scalable, reliable and secure web applications and REST APIs using modern techniques
• Experience implementing front‑end applications and comfort with occasional front‑end work using JavaScript / Type Script
• Collaborative with great communication skills
