Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Door to Door Overtime + van and equipment

Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending industry! This is a field-based role covering the North East region, ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of vending machines installed across commercial sites. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

• Shifts:
  
  Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
• Salary:
  Competitive, with potential flexibility depending on experience
• Travel:
  Fully field-based with company van provided

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending machines.
• Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.
• Accurately report and document each job (arrival, departure, and customer confirmation)
• Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting, and returning parts.

• Previous experience repairing vending machines.
• A full UK driving licence
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills
