As an Apprentice Highways Maintenance Operative you’ll act as a caretaker of our roads. You’ll repair potholes, clear drains, and ensure road signs and markings are visible. You’ll learn practical maintenance skills and how to use various tools and machinery.

For our Level 3 Apprenticeship you’ll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at passing grades.
