• Set and operate CNC milling machines
• Perform minor program edits for accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Work within a 3-shift rotation

• CNC milling experience
• Ability to make minor program adjustments (Fanuc knowledge a plus)
• Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring tools
• Flexible and reliable for shift work
