We're growing fast and we're on the lookout for a hands‑on, motivated Medical Cannabis Production Technician to join our team.

This is a 6‑month temporary contract
, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

As a Production Technician in our medical cannabis manufacturing facility, you'll be at the centre of a rapidly evolving, science‑backed industry, producing and packaging high‑quality cannabis‑based medicines that genuinely improve lives.

• Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non‑sterile environments
• Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed
• Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)
• Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
• Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
• Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

• Has excellent organisation and time management skills
• Is calm and accurate under pressure
• Can work well independently and in a team
• Is happy to follow strict procedures
• Can spot when something's not quite right and take action
• Has good dexterity and reading comprehension
• Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6 am – 8 pm)

Bonus if you've worked in a fast‑paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment – but it's not essential. Full training is provided!
