Salary: £37,000 per annum

Hours:

Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:30 | Fri 7:30–12:30

Take charge of training and development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As Production Training Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure staff are trained to the highest standards while driving continuous improvement, quality, and safety across the plant.

The Job:

Lead training delivery and maintain up-to-date Standard Work Instructions

Keep accurate training records and support audits

Drive Lean initiatives and support new product launches

Collaborate with Production & Quality to uphold safety and compliance

What you will bring to the team:

Experienced in production/manufacturing

Skilled at spotting skill gaps and finding the right training solutions

A confident leader who can engage all levels

Clear communicator with solid IT skills

Lean experience

Strong presentation ability
