What You'll Be Responsible For

Supervising electrical teams on site
Coordinating labour, materials, and daily activities
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with specifications
Managing toolbox talks and site documentation
Liaising with project management and other trades
Maintaining standards - no shortcuts, no excuses

This is hands-on supervision. Visible leadership. Real accountability.

Proven background supervising electrical installations on industrial or large commercial projects
Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specs
Clear communicator who can challenge when needed
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
