tombola is seeking a BI Manager – Commercial & Marketing to join the Product & Insights team in Sunderland, Gibraltar or Dublin. You ll be a key part of shaping the future of our marketing and commercial efforts.

A typical day might look like this:

• Leading and supporting the BI team that focuses on commercial and marketing insight.
• Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Supporting the development of reports and dashboards to track performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
• Guiding your team in using data effectively to solve problems and proactively spot opportunities.

We re looking for someone who is a natural collaborator and enjoys developing people.

• Proven experience leading BI, performance, or data teams.
• Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau;
  Looker or Power BI are great too.
• Expert SQL knowledge.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into simple, clear stories that drive action.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements.
• Knowledge of the online gambling industry.
