We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Our ages range from 19 to 66. We need our team to be trained in Medication, Moving and positioning, Catheter care, PEG feeding and Dietary requirements. Complying with our SALT plans for our meal times risk reduction plans. Epilepsy, intense interaction, communication other than speech. Hydration, bowel management and most importantly remembering we require to be included in our daily decisions and encouraged to be as independent as possible.
