Role Overview We are looking for a Housing Management Worker to deliver intensive housing management services to tenants. You will support individuals to maintain their tenancies, manage risks, and ensure properties are safe and well-managed. The role involves lone working, close partnership working, and a strong focus on safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities  
Provide intensive housing management and tenancy support
Develop, review, and maintain support plans
Complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding concerns
Liaise effectively with external agencies and support services
Report repairs and monitor maintenance issues
Carry out regular health and safety checks within properties
Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems
Manage lone working in line with organisational procedures  Requirements  
Experience in housing management, support, or a similar role
Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
Confident working independently and managing lone working
Good IT skills and experience using electronic case management systems
Full UK driving licence and business insurance
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
