A well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join its Leeds office. This role sits within a dedicated pre‑construction team pricing significant building services schemes across Yorkshire and the North East.

• Prepare detailed mechanical tenders from first principles
• Full take‑offs from drawings and specifications
• Price HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, and associated mechanical systems
• Manage supplier and subcontractor enquiries
• Conduct risk analysis and provide value engineering input
• Support tender adjudications and client presentations
• Ensure smooth commercial handover to delivery teams

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within an MEP/building services contractor
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical services
• Experience pricing medium to large‑scale projects
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tenders
• Commercially aware and deadline‑driven

This is a pure estimating role within a busy and structured pre‑construction function.
