Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive secondary school team in Sunderland. This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people.

• Delivering pre prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students with their learning and ensuring work is completed
• Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson

• Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Strong classroom presence and good behaviour management
