Pay: £90–£100 per day

We are recruiting a Pupil Mentor to work within an alternative provision supporting pupils who need a more personalised approach to education.

• Provide 1:1 mentoring support
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Encourage re-engagement with learning
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff
• Celebrate progress and small achievements

• Experience supporting vulnerable pupils is desirable
• Patient, consistent and nurturing approach
• Strong relationship‑building skills

This is a meaningful role where you can support pupils to rebuild confidence and positive routines.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
