We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils who struggle with behaviour and emotional regulation. Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted behaviour support
Support pupils during lessons and transitions
Use de-escalation strategies
Promote positive routines and expectations
Experience in behaviour support, youth work or care is desirable
Consistent and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management skills
This role offers the opportunity to positively influence behaviour and engagement in school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
