Overview
We are recruiting an Attendance and Engagement Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting improved attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities- Monitor attendance and engagement
- Work with pupils and families
- Support pupils returning to school
- Liaise with pastoral and safeguarding teams
- Experience working with families or young people is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Supportive and professional approach
This role plays a key part in helping pupils stay engaged with education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
