Taking Teaching Further & Additional Incentives

About the Role

As Programme Lead, you'll have the chance to influence curriculum design, collaborate with industry partners, and drive initiatives that support student success and employability. Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality computing programmes, ensuring curriculum relevance, industry alignment, and excellent learning experiences.
  • Provide strong academic and pastoral support to students, including those with EHCPs or ALS needs, and actively support progression to higher education or employment.
  • Embrace and implement digital learning technologies to enhance teaching, assessment, and student engagement, while sharing best practices across the team.
  • Monitor and support student performance, attendance, and behaviour; contribute to interviews, inductions, parental engagement, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including curriculum reviews, assessment preparation, and compliance with awarding body and college standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage course documentation, maintain accurate records on college platforms (e.g. SharePoint), and contribute to a culture of celebration and excellence.
