Do you believe in second chances and the power of education to change lives?

We’re supporting a specialist provision that puts relationships, trust, and emotional wellbeing at the heart of everything. Here, small class sizes, personalised learning, and a strong sense of community give pupils the chance to succeed, often for the first time in their education.

They’re searching for a passionate SEMH Teacher who can connect with pupils, break down barriers, and bring learning to life.

Your role will include:
  • Delivering creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Building strong, trusting relationships that support both academic and personal growth
  • Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches to manage behaviour positively
  • Working as part of a skilled, supportive team to give pupils the consistency they need
What we’re looking for:
  • UK QTS/QTLS and experience working with SEMH or alternative provision
  • A calm, patient presence and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
  • Strong behaviour management and adaptability
  • Genuine commitment to helping young people achieve, no matter their starting point

  • Weekly pay through PAYE — no umbrella companies
  • FREE access to our CPD Academy, including FREE Thrive training to boost your SEMH expertise
  • Support from a SEND-specialist consultant who knows your local area
