Grade: SCP 3 or RLW whichever is higher (RLW is currently £12.60 per hour)

St Anthony’s Girls’ Catholic Academy are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated Exams team. We are seeking reliable, calm, and observant individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. You will play a vital role in supporting students during assessments by ensuring exams are conducted in a fair, secure, and supportive environment working across both the main school and our sixth form sites.
Weare looking for individuals who are:
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Calm, patient, and professional
- Able to follow procedures accurately
- Attentive to detail
- Comfortable supervising groups of students
- Supportive of the ethos and values of a Catholic school (you do not need to be Catholic yourself)
St Anthony’s is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust which is one of four Trusts in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. The Trust includes five Secondary and twenty‑five Primary Schools across South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory Enhanced DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of pre‑employment checks. An online search will be completed for all shortlisted candidates.
