Path2 Solutions is seeking Customer Service Advisors for a client’s market-leading delivery company at a hub based in Sunderland.
As a customer service advisor, daily responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls and complaints efficiently, liaising with customers via telephone and email, accurately inputting customer details into our system, and adhering to standards set out in the company handbook in a fast‑paced environment.

£12.97 per hour
Shifts37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6:30pm, any 5 days Monday – Saturday. Rota based.
