About the Ticket Office Team:
The Ticket Office Team at SAFC are all about making the fan's experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We are the friendly faces behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring fans can easily access tickets for all our exciting matches and events. Our team works diligently to manage ticket sales, handle inquiries, and provide support to fans, whether it’s through our online platform or in-person at the stadium.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, always ready to assist fans with any questions or concerns.
The Customer Advisor in the Ticket Office team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless ticketing experience for SAFC supporters. You will handle the sale of season tickets, match tickets, and stadium events, all while providing friendly and professional support through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. By addressing customer questions and resolving issues like lost tickets, you will help create a positive and hassle-free experience for our fans.
Additionally, you will work closely with external departments and support the SAFC's Ticket Office team via Zendesk to ensure quick, effective responses. Committed to safeguarding and data protection, you also handle administrative tasks and support the Ticketing operations. Flexibility and a proactive approach are key, as you take on various responsibilities to help maintain the highest standards of service and supporter satisfaction.
We Ask For:
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service environment, ideally within a ticket office, box office, or call centre, so you should be familiar with supporting supporters and handling inquiries. Strong communication skills are essential to provide friendly, clear, and professional assistance. A good understanding of IT systems and software will help you manage ticketing processes efficiently. You should also have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be flexible, as the role involves working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
There is a requirement to work home fixtures, including evenings and weekends, to support supporters during matches. Being adaptable to game schedules and holding a basic DBS check, as provided by SAFC, are important to ensure the safety and security of supporters and staff.
