16 Hours weekly (Monday and Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)
Wearside Audi is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will join our friendly aftersales team and work with colleagues and customers. You will report to our aftersales manager to develop your knowledge and career within the industry. This is an opportunity not to be missed.
As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development. This is an exciting opportunity with potential for progression.
Responsibilities- Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that benefit the customer
- Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
- Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication while the car is in the workshop
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when bookings are made
As a Service Advisor you should bring energy, a warm personality and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Experience using Kerridge/ADP is advantageous, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You should be a strong team player who can also work independently using your own initiative.
Experience in a similar automotive customer service role is desirable.

- Knowledge of dealer systems and automotive aftersales processes
