We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a leading BPO company, based in Sunderland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the customer journey within a forward-thinking organisation.
Main responsibilities- Work closely with the Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional service.
- Support a team of 12, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Provide support and guidance to resolve customer issues or queries.
- Showcase your excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Join a supportive and collaborative team.
- Experience in a customer care / experience role.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to change management processes.
- Effective problem‑solving skills.
