Hours of Work:
Full time

• Conducting surveys and site inspections
• Preparing detailed reports and recommendations
• Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Managing multiple projects under tight timelines

• RICS accredited qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in Building Surveying
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools

• Competitive Salary
• £5,000 Car Allowance
• £500 CPD Allowance
• RICS fees paid
• Fuel Card and Bonus
