We’re on the lookout for an Autism Support Assistant who can bring warmth, patience and a sense of calm to every day. This role involves supporting pupils with autism and complex learning needs in a nurturing, structured environment where staff work closely as a team.

You’ll help pupils develop social and communication skills, manage sensory needs, and build confidence through consistent, positive support.

You’ll be brilliant for this role if you:

• Have experience supporting children or young people with autism or communication needs
• Understand the importance of structure and consistency
• Can stay calm under pressure and see the person behind the behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
