About the Role

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the College’s funding and data processes. You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of funding methodologies from bodies such as the DfE, devolved authorities, and the OfS, ensuring all ILR and statutory returns are accurate and submitted on time. You’ll also assist with the HESES return, manage PDSAT and FRM reports, and help maintain and develop systems including Pro Solution, Pro Achieve, and Pro Monitor. Collaboration with colleagues across Data Services and Business Intelligence will be key to ensuring coherent, efficient, and well-documented processes.

  • Work collaboratively across the College — including curriculum, apprenticeships, partnerships, and training teams — to maximise funding opportunities and ensure accurate recording.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and training to staff on funding rules, ILR changes, and data compliance, supporting continuous improvement in processes and data quality.
  • Support internal and external audits, preparing and validating evidence, and supplying accurate funding and performance information to senior leaders.
  • Contribute to effective cross-college communication and coordination, ensuring consistent standards, system integrity, and responsive management of priorities and resources.
