Customer Enabling Service is a centralised service which delivers organisational resilience and a high level of service responsiveness. The service delivers a range of transactional and administrative functions.
About the roleWe are looking to recruit a Customer Enabling Services Assistant to join our busy, friendly and vibrant support service.
Key responsibilitiesYou will be part of a busy team responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service. You must be able to demonstrate that you are willing to be flexible by supporting a diverse range of business support functions, supporting your colleagues and striving to deliver a service to be proud of. You must have a can‑do attitude towards your work that enables you to operate in a changing environment.

You must also be able to meet the physical demands of the post when required.
Other requirementsThis post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
