Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Tanger Outlet n Bath & Body Works for a holiday seasonal role and help spread the cheer as the face of the brand, understanding customer needs and helping them find the best products.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
