• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Contribute to a team environment that is enjoyable and shares suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values.
• Learn and assist in various departments within the store, including consumer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead by example and work with Store Leadership to improve personal sales performance.
• Follow Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible work schedule; regular attendance necessary.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Physical demands: ability to lift 30 lbs or more, move merchandise, stand, walk, kneel, or balance for periods, and be on feet 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to read and key information on computer/register screens.

Pay Range: $13.00 – $25.00 per hour (dependent on experience, geographic area, and applicable state law).
