Astemo Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines, reprogram machines and robots, and perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems as well as experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls. The successful candidate will work 3rd shift, one weekend per month, with first month training on 1st shift.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines. Reprogramming machines and robots. Experience with Fanuc Robots is a plus.
• Visually inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. Install new or repaired parts to keep machines running at a high standard.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematic prints (electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical) to perform required maintenance and Fired.
• Work effectively and efficiently with production and senior leadership to solve problems.
• Collaborate as a team player to reach consistent output goals.
• Maintain and commitment to the safety mission and standards.

• A driven team‑player who is eager to learn.
• Two years of technical‑school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or other similar skilled trades, along with 2+ years of verifiable work 年 experience.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls.
• Workpecially 3rd shift, one weekend per month.
• First month of training will be on 1st shift.
