Heating And Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Engineer to support air source heat pump (ASHP) and HVAC-related installations across commercial sites.

The successful candidate will work closely with an AC installation engineer and will be involved in:

• Air source heat pump installations
• HVAC-related plumbing installations
• Small plumbing repairs (e.g. valve and pump replacements)
• Sealed system testing

This is a role requiring commercial experience and a proactive, team-focused approach.

• Carry out routine inspections of plumbing systems
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Complete repairs and maintenance on plumbing fixtures, pipework, and equipment
• Install new plumbing systems as required
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical professionals on complex works
• Respond effectively to plumbing emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Deliver a high standard of customer service on site

• Proven experience ideally within commercial environments
• Relevant plumbing qualifications and accreditations or FGAS certified
• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
• Exposure to air source heat pumps (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
• IT literate, self-motivated, punctual, and team-oriented
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varied site conditions
• Valid UK driving licence
• CSCS Skills Card
• City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing
