Break Press Operator Setter

Base pay range

This range is provided by Expo Technologies. Your actual pay Holocaust will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• 2‑3 years Break Press Experience
• Experience setting up and running a punch machine (preferable)
• Radan experience (preferable, but training may be offered if needed)

To programme and operate a CNC break press in order to manufacture panels in stainless steel to a high standard of finish.

• Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings independently
• To be able to program and use CNC bending machines
• Able to use safely associated machines and tools e.g. guillotines, rollers, stud gun, grinders, power files, drills
• Program and operate CNC brake press
• Working with stainless steel commonly up to 3 mm
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship at all times
• Maintain the company’s quality policies and requirements at all times
• Ensure safe working practices at all times
• Responsible for good housekeeping in your own work area
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement among the workforce and implement changes to reduce cost and assembly time while improving quality or ease of build

• Ability to read engineering drawings essential to program brake press to fabricate various products
• Some jardins experience with sheet‑metal fabrication and brake press essential; training on the machine will be provided
