Overview
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school in Sun Prairie, WI, for the current and upcoming school year. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide critical speech and language services to students in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized speech-language therapy for students across grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students with a variety of speech and language disorders to enhance their academic and social outcomes
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification, with CCC-SLP credentials strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, especially servicing K-12 populations
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
