Location:
Sun Prairie, WI.
- Expedites patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for the clinical team.
- Manage initial assignments, communication of assignments, and ongoing scheduling needs for the clinical staff and the skilled needs of patients.
- Medical supply management, in-service presentation coordination, participation in recruitment and retention, and customer service programs.
- Schedule resident appointments and arrange transportation.
- Work some shifts on the floor as a CNA.
- Back-up for HR position and will be trained in various HR functions and answer customer calls.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- 1 year of experience scheduling in the health care industry
- Currently certified as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in Wisconsin
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficient and capable of learning new software
- Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships
