• Bag groceries at checkout, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bascarts during checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return bascarts.
• Clean spills, pick up trash inside store and parking lot, and clean all store areas.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
• Reinforce safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment, report repairs, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Follow all laws and company guidelines, work cooperatively, manage conflict, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
