This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer;

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include:

• Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are performed well, and that service areas are organized.
• Ensuring kitchens maintain quality, food safety, cost control, and staff training.
• Hiring, training, and scheduling crew to meet sales and profit goals.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast paced environment are highly desirable.
