Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months ICU/CVICU experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months)
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- No hits on state license to practice
- Candidate's driver's license to verify residency
- Flu vaccination status

Compliance / Notes
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment.
- Active license to practice must be verified in the last 30 days.
- Background check standards must be strictly followed.
