The
** Banner Boswell PCU Oncology Unit
** consists of 22 private rooms with the ability to flex up to 42 semi-private rooms with the capability of utilizing up to 16 remote cardiac monitors which are centrally monitored from a centralized monitor room viewing station. Eleven of our 22 private rooms are designated for Medical Oncology patients with cancer and related diagnoses and the administration of chemotherapy. Eleven additional rooms are designated for general surgeries which can consist of urology, plastics, gynecological and abdominal cases.

On our unit we can also see overflow medical patients with simple pneumonias, diabetes, renal disease, GI issues, and skin disorders. This unit participates in our
** Progress In Place
** initiative, meaning the patients cared for on our units have a variety of medical conditions, and we serve both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care acuity patients on the same unit. As a nurse on our PCU Oncology unit you will have the opportunity to work with a highly efficient and engaged team culture working together to meet positive patient outcomes and demonstrate a Customer Obsessed work culture.

In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, as well as enjoy an 18% night shift differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.

We are filling Part Time, Night shift positions, 7:00pm-7:30am.  A sign on bonus is offered based on the shift and FTE - Part Time Nights, $10,000.00. Other details are provided by the recruiter.
