Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Sun City, Arizona — earn up to ($2266 - $2385 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

- Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
- Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
- Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
- Valid RN license in Arizona and BLS certification required.
- Ability to set and achieve individual performance targets.
- Experience in Progressive Care or critical care nursing preferred.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
- Strong assessment skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
- Proficient in documenting patient care activities accurately.
- Experience in mentoring or training new staff is a plus.
