** is a 38-bed monitored progressive care unit with focus on Neuro patients, and some Cardiac patient populations. Banner Del

E. Webb is a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center and has been awarded American Stroke Association’s Get with the Guidelines Gold Plus Target Stroke Elite.  We have a designated Stroke Clinical Program Manager who works hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide educational opportunities to our staff and to improve outcomes for our patients. In addition, we specialize in care for post vascular surgical patients, including carotid endarterectomies, endoluminal graft repairs, and post TPA patients.

This unit participates in our Progress-In-Place initiative meaning our patients remain on the same unit for treatment even when their acuity level increases or decreases. We serve both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care acuity patients on the same unit. The Progressive Care Unit at Banner Del Webb is currently looking for experienced PCU Nurses but will consider those RNs with Telemetry, Home Health, Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Medical/Surgical or a similar acute or critical care background.

This is a
** Part-time night shift
** position (7pm-7:30am) working 2 /12-hour shifts per week. You will have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an additional 18%-night differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
